Penetrant

滲透劑（JFC）的全稱是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚，屬非離子表面活性劑。滲透劑顧名思義是起滲透作用，也是具有固定的親水親油基團(tuán)，在溶液的表面能定向排列，并能使表面張力顯著下降的物質(zhì)。

The full name of penetrant (JFC) is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, which is a nonionic surfactant. Penetrant, as its name implies, is also a substance with fixed hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, which are aligned on the surface of solution and can significantly reduce surface tension.

本產(chǎn)品有極好的附著力，滲透力極強(qiáng)的液體材料，干燥快，耐磨性強(qiáng)，并有很好的抗化學(xué)性及耐水性，該產(chǎn)品通過有效滲透，與混凝土和石造物中的成分發(fā)生作用，使混凝土的各成分固化成一個堅固實體，并阻塞了混凝土的各大小細(xì)孔，得到一個無塵致密的整體，從而提高混凝土的耐磨性、抗壓性、致密性和抗?jié)B性?？蓾M足各種不同的使用需求和環(huán)境差異，適合工廠、倉庫、碼頭、停車場等水泥地面的處理，而且顏 色可以無限制調(diào)配。

The product has excellent adhesive force, highly permeable liquid material, fast drying, strong abrasion resistance, and good chemical resistance and water resistance. Through effective permeation, the product interacts with components in concrete and stone products to solidify each component of the concrete into a solid entity, block all small and large pores of the concrete, and obtain a dust-free compact whole, thus improving the abrasion resistance, compression resistance, compactness and impermeability of the concrete. It can meet various use requirements and environmental differences, and is suitable for the treatment of cement floors such as factories, warehouses, docks, parking lots and the like, and the color can be adjusted without restriction.

使用方法（Use method）

新地上混泥土密封固化劑大概使用量每加侖17~25平方米,在表面噴霧器或者軟毛刷子涂刷均勻,不能破壞地面,無需進(jìn)一步處理.

The usage amount of concrete seal curing agent on the new ground is about 17~25 square meters per gallon. The surface sprayer or soft hair brush shall be applied evenly, which cannot damage the ground and requires no further treatment.

老水泥地上,用噴霧器或者軟毛刷子把未摻水的混泥土密封固化劑涂刷均勻,保持至少30分鐘.

On the old cement floor, use a sprayer or a soft-wool brush to evenly brush the un-watered concrete seal curing agent for at least 30 minutes.

注意（Pay attention to）:

1.特別注意多孔或者干的地面,那些地方要混泥土密封固化劑保持濕潤,當(dāng)表面成膠.變光滑為佳,立即灑少量水用刷子,或者機(jī)器刷表面混泥土密封固化劑滲透到里層.保持5~10分鐘,直到混泥土密封固化劑再次變?yōu)槟z狀,變?yōu)楣饣?然后十分徹底的清洗干凈.如果表面有光滑的殘留,說明沒有清洗干凈,要進(jìn)一步的清洗.

Special attention should be paid to porous or dry ground. In those places, the concrete seal curing agent should be kept moist. When the surface becomes smooth, it is better to sprinkle a small amount of water with a brush immediately, or machine brush the surface of the concrete seal curing agent to penetrate into the inner layer. Keep for 5-10 minutes until the concrete seal curing agent becomes gelatinous and smooth again, and then clean it thoroughly. If there is any smooth residue on the surface, it means that it has not been cleaned, and further cleaning is required.

2.如果沒有徹底的清洗干凈那些殘留沒有反應(yīng)的混泥土密封固化劑,水泥地表會出現(xiàn)泛白,立即清洗沒有反應(yīng)的殘留物質(zhì),或者用水拋光地面.

If the residual unreacted concrete seal curing agent is not thoroughly cleaned, the cement surface will whiten. Clean the unreacted residual substances immediately or polish the surface with water.
